Sudan is one of the largest producers of sesame seeds in the world, with over 750,000 MT per year. – Sudanese sesame seeds have approx. 50% oil content. – Sudanese sesame is rich in fat, protein, carbohydrates, fibre and some other minerals. – Sudanese sesame have rich amino acid profile with good nutritional value. – Sudanese sesame seeds can be white, brown or mixed and each type has its specific use.

These are the seeds with outside skin colour varies from white to yellowish provided that the other colours do not exceed 5% by weight.

Packing & Shipment:

Packing is done in 50kg woven polypropylene bags (pp) and shipped in 20 feet containers which will carry up to 19 metric tons.
